- Promoter: LAB STORE LTD, 14 Paved Court Road, Richmond, London, TW9 1LZ UK
- Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of LAB STORE LTD and their immediate families are not eligible.
- Entry: To enter, participants must either (a) post a photo on Instagram tagging @londonatelierbyproduct or using #LondonAtelierByproduct, or (b) leave a written review on a public platform. Accounts must be public at the time of entry.
- Entry Period: Entries accepted on a rolling monthly basis. Each draw closes on the last day of the calendar month at 23:59 GMT.
- Prize: One winner per month receives a £500 gift voucher redeemable in-store or online. Non-transferable, non-refundable, no cash equivalent.
- Winner Selection: Winners selected at random from eligible entries. Draw takes place within 7 days of the monthly close.
- Notification: Winners notified via direct message or review contact details within 14 days. If uncontactable within 14 days, the prize may be redrawn.
- Voucher Validity: Valid for 12 months from date of issue.
- Data: Personal data used solely to administer the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
